Design,
development and verification of integrated circuits for ElectroMagnetoresistive Random Access Memory (EMRAM).
Position requires experience with magnetic concepts, magnetic memory bit
polarization and magnetic thin process integration and design
technology; also silicon IC logic and memory design, ASIC, DRAM, SRAM or
Flash memory IC. |
